Our delivery team does more than just bring inventory from one location to another. At Soiree Party Rental, we like to see our delivery team as the last step to complete the cycle of 100% customer satisfaction. With that, we are looking for new team members who are customer-service driven.

What can a typical day look like as a member of our delivery team?

• When delivery personnel are not on deliveries, they will be working on preparing items to be delivered and maintaining the warehouse.
• As a member of our delivery team you will have a number of deliveries and pick-ups throughout your day. Shifts can be as short as 5hrs and as long as 10hr shifts. 

• Your first stop might be to a client’s home where you need to pick up all of the tableware, backdrops, tables & chairs that they rented from us for their friends’ birthday party. We hope your counting game is on for pick-ups like these, your job is going to include counting all inventory and making sure everything on the invoice is accounted for. 
• After several other stops, be ready to end your day setting up a 20×30 tent with fans, tables, chairs, linens, and balloons outside! Our clients love throwing parties in the great outdoors and they need us to make their event an unforgettable one!

• Our team members also communicate with clients throughout the job and are regularly reporting back to our dispatch department with any issues that come up while on the road.

General Qualifications:

• be at least 18 years old
• ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time(up to 10 hr days)
• ability to lift product weighing between 50 and 65 pounds
• ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• ability to bend, stoop, and twist
• ability to stack product of varying weights
• ability to work under strict time requirements
• ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
• have an eye for detail when doing setups
